Scholarships for Fulbright Scholars
For international students studying in the US, the Fulbright scholarship provides a full graduate scholarship. Applicants must be enrolled in a master’s or doctoral program to qualify for this grant. Fulbright covers all education costs, living stipends, housing costs, flights, and health insurance for foreign students.
Hubert Humphrey Scholarship 2023
The Hubert H. Humphrey Scholarship Program provides outstanding scholars from around the world with the opportunity to spend a year working in the United States. In order to become a scholar, you must demonstrate your ability to lead and your commitment to public service or private enterprise. During the scholarship program, full funding will be allocated.

International students at American University are offered full scholarships.
A limited number of generous partial scholarships and grants are offered by American University (AU) to international students interested in attending its undergraduate program. This is done to attract the most qualified international students. International students can’t Scholarships and grants based on need can be applied for or received. A merit scholarship can have a value ranging from $6,000 to $25,000. Conditions apply (renewable).
At American University, the Emerging Global Leader Scholarship Program supports outstanding international students committed to making a difference in the world. Graduates of this program will go on to improve the lives of people in impoverished or otherwise underserved areas of their home countries.
An Amherst College scholarship is available
International students who are struggling financially can receive financial aid through Amherst College’s need-based financial aid program. The financial need of each applicant will be evaluated after acceptance. Your financial aid package will be proportional to your demonstrated need. Scholarships and grants may include self-help (employment) as well as gift aid. As a result, the term “aid package” refers to the total amount received (scholarship opportunities and grants).
Berea College Study Grants in 2023
For all international students who enroll at Berea College, the first year of study is fully funded. By receiving aid and scholarships, tuition, housing, and meals are reduced. The expectation is that international students will set aside $1,000 (US) per year to help cover their college costs. Summer employment opportunities are offered by the University to help international students fulfill this requirement.
The Clark University Scholarship Program

Colleges such as Colby-Sawyer offer merit-based scholarships to international students. UBC’s International Scholarship for 2023

A number of financial assistance programs are available to Concordia University’s international students. Students from around the world can receive up to $28,000 in financial aid per year through the International Student Scholarship. First-time college students and transfer students can apply for an International Excellence Scholarship, which offers a four-year scholarship of up to $28,000.
The Dartmouth College Scholarship Program

ESTSU Academic Merit Scholarships for 2023, United States
The International Students Academic Merit Scholarship is available to international students at East Tennessee State University (ETSU). An annual value of $12,500 will be awarded to undergraduate recipients and $11,500 will be awarded to graduate recipients.

Illinois Wesleyan’s Financial Aid Opportunities
Students with impressive academic records and test scores who meet the entrance requirements are eligible for merit-based scholarships. In total, these grants provide between $16,000 and $30,000. They can be renewed for a total of four years. A maximum of two qualified international students may receive full tuition for up to four years each year through President’s International Student Scholarships.
The 2023 International Merit Scholarships at ISU
International students will be considered for the few merit scholarships the school offers. Scholarships are awarded based on applicants’ high school GPA and SAT/ACT scores. Depending on the award, the amount can range from $2,000 to $10,000.
The Michigan State University offers scholarships to international students
A limited number of scholarships and grants are available to international undergraduates and graduate students at Michigan University. Tuition, fees, books, and other costs at Michigan State University are not covered by these aid packages.
Scholarships at New York University in 2023
A small number of domestic and international students are awarded merit scholarships in each admissions cycle. Award amounts range from $25,000 to $47,000, and can either be used in part or in full for tuition.
U.S. Scholarships for Oregon State University
The University of Oregon provides over a million dollars in grants, scholarships, and loans to international undergraduate and graduate students each year. One of their programmes, the ICSP Scholarship, offers tuition waivers for up to 15 credits per semester as a form of financial aid. A scholarship is awarded to students who demonstrate financial need, academic excellence, and the ability to speak publicly.
2023 Wesleyan University Scholarship Grants
International students at Wesleyan University are only admitted if they demonstrate exceptional skill and financial need. Each year, 11 of the most promising high school seniors from Asia are selected to participate in the Freeman Asian Scholars Program, which offers them full-tuition scholarships to study at Wesleyan over four years. A total of around 600 international students are expected to apply for scholarships, including 11 Freeman Asian Scholars.
UW Funding Opportunities
International students who demonstrate financial need and excel academically can apply for scholarships, such as the Dean’s scholarship and President’s scholarship. 7.5-15 undergraduate units or 6-12 graduate units will be covered by the scholarship.

The Aga Khan Foundation provides postgraduate scholarships for outstanding students from developing countries who have no other means of funding their education.
