University of Algoma International Bachelor Scholarship Grant in Canada 2022

These scholarships are available to students who intend to pursue a higher degree at the University of Algoma, Canada for the 2022/23 academic year.

The scholarship program is designed solely to increase the number of international students and encourage them to consider studying at the university.

The University of Algoma University, commonly referred to as Algoma U or Algoma, has its main campus in Sault Ste. The city of Saint Marie in Ontario, Canada.

  • Choosing a program that meets their entry requirements.
  • You must provide proof that you are proficient in English.
  • Students from abroad must be international

Scholarships worth $5,000 are available for the academic session of 2022/23 at Algoma University, Canada.

Methodology for Applying

Students from overseas must apply if they are international students. On our application portal or on the OUAC 105 portal, they can apply directly to Algoma U. For questions regarding the application process, please email international@algomau.ca.

  • You need to pay a non-refundable application fee of $125.00 CDN on the application portal. Click here to see other payment options.
  • Transcripts should be submitted, including those from secondary schools, diplomas from secondary schools, and diplomas/degrees from post-secondary schools, if applicable. The AU Application Portal must be used by all applicants to upload their documents.
  • Please send proof of proficiency in English (if applicable). You can find accepted test results by clicking here.
  • Gap Letter/Gap Explanation – If you have not attended school for more than two years, you must provide documentation of your recent professional experience. Documents can include resumes, letters of employment, unexplained academic history, and/or a personal letter explaining the situation.
  • Please provide a copy of your study permit/visa. Your study permit or visa should be included if you have completed any studies abroad (including Canada).
